Abstract

Redesign of Support Hydraulic Drive of Grinding Machine B 600 to Mechanical Drive The goal of the bachelor paper was to suggest designe solution for reconstruction of a hydraulic driving of B600 to a mechanical driving. We are speaking about 3 different movements: vertical, horizontal and tilt. First of all I am concerned with the choice of carrying attachment and his placement. In all cases I have chosen bearing screws. Next I determine gravity centre, reaction and over all weight impacting the screws. Finally I choose appropriate drive and transmission. These calculations and suggestions I carry out individually for all movements separately. Next I am concerned with the construction of a machine itself, parts needed for seating of bearing screws, drivers and transmissions.
