Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the structural design and calculation of a test table intended for testing the packaging of electronic devices, specifically turntables. The introduction describes the reasons for using test tables in production and addresses damage that may occur during transportation. The research section discusses various methods of vibration excitation. This is followed by an analysis of the given parameters. The main part of the thesis deals with the design of the testing section of the table and the selection of the type of vibration excitation. The next step includes strength analyses of the vibratory part of the table and the weld connecting the console to the grid. Subsequently, the spring calculation is carried out to ensure the required vibrations within the system. The final part of the thesis focuses on stability assessment of the assembly and proposes necessary modifications to achieve it.
