Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with urban planning and architectural proposals for building the site, single-family homes. Work is executed in two versions, one of which is addressed in more detail. The selected variants are solved technical and transport infrastructure, public space, mobiliary and calculation of investment costs.The aim of this thesis was to design housing in a relatively quiet part of town with the assumption of pleasant living.
