dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá urbanisticko-architektonickými návrhy zástavby dané lokality rodinnými domy. Práce je vyhotovena ve dvou variantách a jedna z nich je řešena podrobněji. U vybrané varianty je řešena technická i dopravní infrastruktura, veřejné prostranství, mobiliář a propočet investičních nákladů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout bydlení v poměrně klidné části města s předpokladem příjemného bydlení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with urban planning and architectural proposals for building the site, single-family homes. Work is executed in two versions, one of which is addressed in more detail. The selected variants are solved technical and transport infrastructure, public space, mobiliary and calculation of investment costs.The aim of this thesis was to design housing in a relatively quiet part of town with the assumption of pleasant living.en
