Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of employee remuneration in the company. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical basis of remuneration of employees in the company. The second part is focused on the analysis of internal documents provided by the company and on the results of a questionnaire survey carried out in the organization. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, it is recommended to increase the clarity of the remuneration system, to introduce an additional premium for attendance, to assess the appropriateness of wage forms for individual positions, to introduce intangible remuneration in the company and a cafeteria system.
