Návrh převodovky malého traktoru

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám návrhem čtyřstupňové převodovky pro malý traktor. V úvodu popisuji základní druhy mechanických traktorových převodovek a jízdní odpory působící na vozidla. Dále řeším návrh a odstupňování převodových poměrů. Následuje volba vhodné geometrie ozubení a základní výpočty hlavních částí převodovky. Nakonec doplňuji konstrukční návrh jednoduché uzávěrky diferenciálu.

In this thesis I deal with the four-speed gearbox desi gn fora small tractor. In the introduction I describe the basic types of mechanical tractor transmissions and driving resistance affecting the vehicles. Further I address the proposal and the gradation of the gear ratios. The next part is aimed at the choice of suitable geometry of the cogs and basic calculations of the main gearbox parts. Finally, I complete the thesis with a structural design of simple closing valve of the differential gear.
