Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of the production process of the assembly of windows in the company JANOŠÍK OKNA-DVEŘE s.r.o. The first chapter contains theoretical information about the problem solved. The second part of the thesis contains an analysis of the current state, which includes the basic reorganization of the company and detailed analysis of the production, incl. Images of workers' work day and actual balance of shift time. On the basis of evaluation of the analyzes carried out, three proposals were developed to solve the identified problems - implementation of the 5S method, proposal to change the remuneration of employees. Proposals are complemented by economic appreciation.
