Konstrukční návrh úprav vřetene

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem možných konstrukčních úprav vřetena frézky, jakožto klíčové součásti obráběcího stroje. Cílem práce je systematická analýza konstrukce vřetena s důrazem na identifikaci oblastí, které mohou být vylepšeny pro zvýšení životnosti, spolehlivosti a efektivity. Struktura práce zahrnuje rešerši, analýzu současného stavu konstrukce vřetena a výpočty pro ověření stávajícího konstrukčního provedení vřetena. Vřeteno frézky je dokumentováno v příloze bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of possible structural modifications of the milling machine spindle as a key component of the machine tool. The goal of the thesis is a systematic analysis of the spindle design with emphasis on identifying areas that can be improved to increase durability, reliability and efficiency. The structure of the thesis includes research, analysis of the current state of spindle design and calculations to verify the current spindle design. The spindle of the milling machine is documented in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
