Aplikace technické diagnostiky pro kontrolu technického stavu průmyslových strojů

Abstract

The bachelor's work is focused on checking technical condition of machines and then making recommendations for their maintenance in the company VÚHŽ a.s. In the introduction, the basics of maintenance and division of technical diagnostics are summarised. The work goes on to analyze the theory of friction, wear, and lubrication. The individual methods of tribodiagnostics are then described and a practical part is found at the conclusion, which includes an evaluation of the results of measurements carried out in the VSB-TUO laboratories. Finally, protocols from individual laboratory sweeps are also supplied.
