Abstract
The main aim of this thesis is to identify companies attitudes towards immigrants and then delineate key reasons that influence companies decisions to employ or not to employ immigrants. The following methods were used: literary search, comparison, analysis and questionnaire. Most of the companies have a positive attitude towards the employment of immigrants who also agree with the benefits of employing immigrants. The main benefits of employing immigrants were mostly new work culture, new knowledges and the use of native language of immigrants in business relations. Among the reasons why companies not employ foreigners, they have indicated their lack of education and practice. Objective reasons outweighed the stereotypes and preconceptions. In the evaluation of the data, the hypotheses were verified and the target of the thesis was achieved.
