Abstract

REPKA, T. Building Chatbot on Messenger Platform. Ostrava: VŠB – TUO, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Control Systems and Instrumentation, 2019, 53 s. Master thesis, thesis head: Ing. Pavel Smutný, Ph.D. This master thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of communication robots, and the possibilities of their development. After the analysis, chatbot was created with use of the Chatfuel development platform. The chatbot serves as a help for students of the course Technical Computations, which is taught at VŠB-TUO. Chatbot provides students with study materials and answers to questions related to this course in a very intuitive form. The robot also includes quizzes for which points for correct answers can be stored in an external document using Google Sheets.
