Návrh zařízení pro montáž šroubu do čela konstrukčního profilu

Abstract

The master thesis deals with design of screw driving device for profile end screw mounting, where the device is able to operate in semi-automatic mode. The assignment of the thesis comes from the company ELVAC a.s. In the introduction part, there is an introduction to the currently used types of joining of profiles and current process of screw mounting into the profile face at the company's workshop. After determining the requirements for the device, market survey is carried out. This is followed by a propose of suitable design options. The chosen option is then described in detail for each individual structural unit, together with the choice of individual components. A check calculation is carried out for the selected parts and drawing documentation is created for the selected components.
