Abstract

As the topic of my thesis I chose marketing research services in Darkov which is focused on increasing customer satisfaction. My thesis is divided into six areas. The first part focuses on the history and contemporary spa. Also describe the range of treatments, accommodation and food services and leisure activities. The third part deals with the characteristics of marketing research its significance, the process stages and finally sorting information. Followed by a practical part in which I use for data collection forms of personal interviews. After that I analyzed the results and based on them, and I put forward proposals and measures leading spas.
