Konstrukční návrh CNC frézky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí CNC frézky pro výrobu propagačních předmětů. Požadavky návrhu jsou: vysoká tuhost konstrukce, snadný přesun celého stroje, rozměry pracovního prostoru 500x470x200 mm, použití vodou chlazeného vřetene 2200 W a maximální pracovní rychlost 3000 mm/min. Rozměry stroje musí umožnit přesun přes dveřní rámy široké 800 mm. Podle zadaných požadavků jsem provedl průzkum trhu pro zjištění možností a získání inspirace. Z několika variant konstrukce jsem vybral tu nejvhodnější. Z výsledků průzkumu jsem vytvořil vlastní návrh 3 ose CNC frézky, která splňuje požadavky zadání. Výpočtem jsem zkontroloval vhodnost použitých komponent.

The Bachelor thesis deals with design and construction of CNC milling machine for production of promotional items. The design requirements are: high rigidity of the structure, easy movement with machine, working space dimensions 500x470x200 mm, use of water cooled spindle 2200 W and maximum working speed 3000 mm/min. The dimensions of the machine must allow movement of the door frame with a width of 800 mm. Based on my requirements, I conducted a market survey to find out the possibilities and get inspiration. I chose the most suitable of several variants. From the survey i make design a construction of 3 axis CNC milling machine meets the requirements of the assignment. Calculation of chosen components I verify their suitability.
