Abstract
The theme of the thesis proposal is a small business development strategy. The aim was to analyze the current state of Gavenda Ltd., focusing on its potential development. The analytical part deals with financial analysis and strategic analysis. Based on the analysis of the proposal was made that the company would ensure growth and stability of market share in a competitive environment.
