dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je návrh strategie rozvoje malého podniku. Cílem bylo analyzovat současný stav společnosti Gavenda s. r. o. se zaměřením na její potenciální rozvoj. V analytické části je zpracována finanční analýza a strategická analýza. Na základě provedených analýz byl vytvořen návrh, který by podniku zajistil růst či stabilitu tržního podílu v konkurenčním prostředí.cs
