Abstract

The work is processed analysis of HR activities at the District Social Security Administration, which is an organizational unit of the state and proposes some measures to improve the current situation. The first part is defined by the administration and the Czech Social Security Administration, Social Security Administration District Opava and their structure. The following is an analysis of HR functions and employee satisfaction survey. The final section proposes measures that could improve the current situation.
