Abstract
In Bachelor thesis is processed topic of Competitive strategy of the Company ABC Ltd. The theoretical part of the thesis does a detailed description of the Company, namely its production process too. This part also introduces concepts which were used for Strategy Analysis. In the practical part is done Strategy Analysis of the external and the internal surroundings. Analysis and information obtained provide materials for proposals to increase the Competitive Strategy on the market.
