Optimalizace svařovacích procesů - automatizace pracoviště svařování dílu v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of welding processes and automation of workstation of welding parts in automotive industry. The first part of the thesis describes the existing manual welding workstations and further proposes a robotized workstation that would replace the manual welding workstation. The following part of the thesis calculates the investments into both of these options of welding, and the optimum alternative is selected. Further, a proposal of a robotic line is processed in detail, from the construction design up to the maintenance of the equipment. The last part calculates the return rate of the initial investments into the robotized workstation and the subsequent cost savings in a 6-year cycle of part production at the robotized workstation.
