Abstract

This thesis deals with the existing and new production technology description of riflescope component – aluminium alloy tube. Evaluation of the original technological process, analysis of the new solution variants in order to find possible savings, and reduction of costs are performed. The solution is found in the change of semi-product and in the technological process change. In its theoretical part, thesis describes the process of machining – turning, milling, force conditions and the work movements during machining. In the practical part, there are particular operations of technological process described such as cutting of semi-product, the process of turning, milling and surface treatment. The text part of the thesis is accompanied by machineries’ and tools’ pictorial attachments, technological procedures, drawing of the machined component and other necessary technical documentation. In conclusion, there is an technical and economic evaluation of proposed changes.
