Motivácia a spokojnosť zamestnancov v malých firmách.

Abstract

Motivation plays an important role in a person's life, as it stimulates his activity in achieving the set goals. Motivation and satisfaction also play an important role in work. With regard to this, the aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to identify the factors that determine job satisfaction and motivation of employees of small companies and to find appropriate tools to support the motivation and satisfaction of employees by managers of these companies. On the basis of the set goal, in the content of the theoretical part of the work we focus on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature dealing with the definition of motivation and satisfaction, their sources, factors determining motivation and satisfaction and demotivation and demotivation barriers. We also devote space to the possibilities of motivating employees in small businesses. The practical part focuses on the presentation of a qualitative survey conducted in two small companies in Slovakia (Maxman consultants, s. R. O. And 3oSoft, s. R. O.) In terms of identifying factors that determine the work motivation and satisfaction of employees of these two companies. Based on the obtained data, we present in the final work recommendations aimed at improving the current situation in terms of motivation and satisfaction of employees of small businesses.
