Motivácia a spokojnosť zamestnancov v malých firmách.

Abstract

Motivácia zohráva významnú úlohu v živote človeka, nakoľko podnecuje jeho aktivitu pri dosahovaní stanovených cieľov. Rovnako významnú úlohu zohráva motivácia a spokojnosť aj pri pracovnej činnosti. S ohľadom na to je cieľom predloženej bakalárskej práce je identifikovať faktory, ktoré determinujú pracovnú spokojnosť a motiváciu zamestnancov malých podnikov a nájsť vhodné nástroje podpory motivácie a spokojnosti zamestnancov zo strany manažérov týchto podnikov. Na podklade stanoveného cieľa sa v obsahu teoretickej časti práce zameriavame na analýzu domácej a zahraničnej odbornej literatúry zaoberajúcej sa problematikou vymedzenia pojmu motivácia a spokojnosť, ich zdroje, faktory determinujúce motiváciu a spokojnosť a demotiváciou a demotivačnými bariérami. Priestor venujeme aj možnostiam motivácie zamestnancov v malých podnikoch. Praktická časť sa zameriava na predstavenie kvalitatívneho prieskumu realizovaného v dvoch malých podnikoch na Slovensku (Maxman consultants, s. r. o. a 3oSoft, s. r. o.) z hľadiska identifikovania faktorov, ktoré determinujú pracovnú motiváciu a spokojnosť zamestnancov týchto dvoch podnikov. Na podklade získaných údajov predstavujeme v záverečnej práci odporúčania zamerané na zlepšenie súčasného stavu z hľadiska motivácie a spokojnosti zamestnancov malých podnikov.

Motivation plays an important role in a person's life, as it stimulates his activity in achieving the set goals. Motivation and satisfaction also play an important role in work. With regard to this, the aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to identify the factors that determine job satisfaction and motivation of employees of small companies and to find appropriate tools to support the motivation and satisfaction of employees by managers of these companies. On the basis of the set goal, in the content of the theoretical part of the work we focus on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature dealing with the definition of motivation and satisfaction, their sources, factors determining motivation and satisfaction and demotivation and demotivation barriers. We also devote space to the possibilities of motivating employees in small businesses. The practical part focuses on the presentation of a qualitative survey conducted in two small companies in Slovakia (Maxman consultants, s. R. O. And 3oSoft, s. R. O.) In terms of identifying factors that determine the work motivation and satisfaction of employees of these two companies. Based on the obtained data, we present in the final work recommendations aimed at improving the current situation in terms of motivation and satisfaction of employees of small businesses.
