Změna měřicích systémů pro CMM s otočnými stoly

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním strategií měření dílců na souřadnicovém měřicím stroji (CMM). V úvodu je obecně popsáno měření na CMM a motivace k provedení srovnání strategií různých systémů měření. Poté je popsán současný stav měřicích systémů, strategie ustavení a měření. Dále je detailněji vysvětlen způsob snímání bodů souřadnicovými měřicími stroji, protože je to důležitá součást srovnání současného a nového systému. Následuje návrh nového systému měření a srovnání s původním. Výsledky jsou poté diskutovány s ohledem na celkový přínos.

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of strategies for measuring parts on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). In the introduction, CMM measurement is generally described and the motivation for performing a comparison of the strategies of different measurement systems. Then the current state of measurement systems, setup and measurement strategies are described. Next, the method of scanning points with coordinate measuring machines is explained in more detail, as it is an important part of the comparison between the current and the new system. The following is a proposal for a new measurement system and a comparison with the original one. The results are then discussed with respect to the overall contribution.
