Analýza systémů zásobovací logistiky leteckých údržbových organizací

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the systems of supply logistics in aircraft maintenance organizations and to subsequently apply selected existing modeling methods, which are used in other branches of industry, in order to optimize logistic processes. The first part contains the definition of logistics according to ČSN. The second part analyzes the supply processes of the maintenance organizations, describes the organization's warehouse management, programs used to manage, track, order and reserve the stored material. It also points to the specificities of the aviation industry. The third part describes logistic methods suitable for modeling. It clarifies their function, limitations, methods objectives and the procedure of applying methods themselves. The fourth part deals with the application of selected modeling methods to the supply logistics of the maintenance organizations.
