Racionalizace výroby zábradlí pomocí trubkového laseru

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the rationalization of the production of railings on a Tube Laser. I did my bachelor's thesis in the company SSI Schäfer, where I used a Tube Laser, which is called TruLaser Tube 7000 from the company Trumpf. The introduction describes the issue of Handrail production. And what could we improve if we divided the tubes on a Tube Laser. Next, the Laser is described in general, how it works, what types of Laser we know, and then the work deals in detail with the description of the Tube Laser. The most important part of the work is the design of the technology of Handrail production on the machine TruLaser Tube 7000. In the last part, the work deals with the comparison of both methods and determining the results, which method is more advantageous.
