Detekce vadných výrobků na dopravní lince

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je detekce vadného výrobku pomocí strojového vidění. V první části práce je popsán teoretický základ k postupu zpracování obrazu. Jsou uvedeny základní algoritmy pro rozpoznávání obrazu a teoretický návrh postupu pro výslednou aplikaci. Hlavní část práce je věnována vytvoření výsledného algoritmu k rozpoznání vadného kusu na dopravní lince a vytvoření grafického uživatelského rozhraní formou GUI aplikace pro ovládání detekce vadného výrobku. Tato aplikace je vytvořena pomocí programu MATLAB.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is a detection of the faulty product using computer vision. In the first part, there is the basic theoretical knowledge about the image processing. Basic algorithms for image recognition and theoretical design of the procedure for the final application are presented. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the creation of the final algorithm to identify the defective piece on the transport line and to create a graphical user interface in the form of a GUI application for controlling the detection of a defective product. This application is created using MATLAB.
