Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with roundness deviations in stereolithography belonging to additive technology. The theoretical part contains a description of the issue of measuring geometric deviations. It focuses on methods of measuring shape deviations and measuring technique. The principles of individual technological methods in VAT forotpolymerization are part of the theoretical part. For the experimental part, two models were made by stereolithography at the Protolab 3D Printing Center VŠB - TU Ostrava. One manufactured model was cured in a curing station (UV) and the other model was cured naturally (in natural light). In the laboratory of VŠB - TU Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Assembly and Mechanical Metrology, models with and without supports were measured with a three-coordinate measuring machine with a touch probe. Subsequently, the geometric deviations of the roundness on both models with and without supports were evaluated. The result of the diploma thesis is a comparison of roundness deviations on models at different types of hardening and the influence of supports on the roundness deviation.
