Abstract

This thesis describes the design of the system of automatic exchange of cutting heads for vertical machining centers manufactured by Trimill Inc. Working with the introduction deals with characterizing gantry milling machines and machining technology exchange heads. In the next phase of work are proposed concept of automatic exchange of cutting heads, these concepts are evaluated and selected design is processed.
