Čištění trubek tlakovými pulzacemi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá čištěním klimatizační trubky za pomoci pulzací stlačeného vzduchu. V rešerši se diplomová práce zaměřuje jak na rozdělení pulzních ventilů a trysek, tak na filtraci odpadního vzduchu. V praktické části je návrh pracovního stolu a přípravku pro upnutí trubky a jejich vymodelování, návrh dvou obvodů řízených pneumaticky a za pomocí PLC, volba jednotlivých prvků, šroubení a hadic, výpočet propustnosti v části pro profuk klimatizační trubky a upnutí.

This master's thesis deals with cleaning air conditioning pipes using compressed air pulsations. In the research, the diploma thesis focuses on the distribution of pulse valves, nozzles and exhaust air filtration. The practical part includes the design of a workbench and a fixture for clamping the pipe and their modelling, the design of two circuits controlled pneumatically and using PLC, the selection of individual elements, fittings and hoses, the calculation of the permeability in the part for the air conditioning pipe and clamping.
