Analýza zbytkových napětí u dílu zhotoveného technologií 3D tisku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the residual stresses of the component, which is made using 3D printing. The introduction of the work describes 3D technology as such. The introduction describes 3D printing methods, what materials can be used or where 3D printing can be used. The second theoretical part deals with residual stress. This chapter describes the formation of residual stress, its effect on the component and how this stress can be measured. The practical part examines the residual stress of a part that is made with the help of 3D printing. In this section, 3 numerical simulations and one experiment are performed. Subsequently, the results from all four approaches are compared.
