Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Na základě získaných informací pak navrhnout fungující systém vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce zahrnuje teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou napsána teoretická východiska systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v organizaci. Tyto informace jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané organizace a analýzu systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v této organizaci. Výsledkem analýzy byl návrh systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Závěr zahrnuje celkové shrnutí diplomové práce.

The aim of the thesis is the assessment of employees training and development system in a selected organization. On the basis of the information obtained than propose functioning system of employees training and development. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are written, the theoretical basis of employees training and development system in organization. These information are taken from the literature. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of a selected organization and analysis of employees training and development system in this organization. The result of the analysis was the proposal of the employees training and development system in a selected company. The conclusion includes an overall summary of the thesis.
