Abstract
The thesis is focused on design of adjuster for engine of car front light. The principles of light beam leveling, automotive materials and static and dynamic properties of the adjuster are discussed. A methodics of adjuster design is proposed. The methodics exploits parametric and topology optimization approach. New designed adjuster according this methodics fulfil all requirements.
