Separátor cizorodých předmětů z nerostných surovin

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the projection-design solution of separator of foreign objects from raw materials. First of all, there is described current situation in branch of sorting and grading machines. Attention of this thesis is paid to the processing of possible variants of its mechanical parts, evaluating and selecting the most appropriate design. Another chapter focuses on design of the frame construction and sorting areas. Last step is to design the separator which consists of four main parts - propulsion of the machine, driving and driven shaft, chain gear and movable system.
