Optimalizace procesních parametrů při obrážení přímého ozubení zpátečkového kola na vstupních hřídelích

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the reversing gear shaping process on input shafts, which is carried out on a machine from the manufacturer Liebherr LS80. The introduction describes the theory of shaping spur gear of external gearing on input shafts, cylindrical tools for gear shaping and machine equipment. Further included is a description of the existing technology and problems on the production line where the machining occurs before the heat treatment the input shaft. The most important part of the thesis deals with the design of suitable optimization of production in terms of machine time. Then, the evaluation of the technical process described in terms of the overall cost savings for that line.
