Abstract

The topic of my thesis is to measure citizen satisfaction with community services. For processing I chose the city in which I live. My job is to assess the satisfaction of the inhabitants of Hladke Zivotice with the services provided. Measurement of citizens' satisfaction with community services will make use of marketing research. The purpose of this paper is to propose a municipal office some suggestions and recommendations that emerge from the research can serve to improve living conditions in the community and contribute to a better and more efficient development of our community.
