Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I concentrate on the research of employee satisfaction with managing of meetings in the choice secondary school. The needed informations I got from the sociology research with the help of methods for questioning and sighting. In this research, which participated 39 respondents, I concentrated on the areas such as preparing for meeting, the same course of meeting, which is formed by the chairperson as well as participants or matters, which happening after meeting and are with it connected. After I analyzed and appraised the results of research. From the appraising of analysed informations I can state that employees are relatively satisfied with managing of meetings. But I found any low places, which can decline the effectiveness of meetings and with it connected employee satisfaction. Accordance with theoretical knowledges connected with problems of meetings I projected concrete solutions which can help to managing in the elimination realised handicaps.
