Vliv COVIDu-19 na vnímání ochrany spotřebitele

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is consumer protection and the change in its perception by consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the first part, we will encounter basic concepts and the historical development of legal legislation regulating consumer protection in the Czech Republic and the EU. Furthermore, this section contains a list of consumer organizations and authorities dedicated to consumer protection. The next section of the thesis presents a summary analysis of the perception of consumer protection, which was conducted before the Covid-19 pandemic. Following this summary, a custom questionnaire survey conducted at present is processed. The individual questionnaire questions are analyzed, and graphical representations of the answers are provided. In the subsequent part of the thesis, a comparison of these two surveys is presented. In this section, individual graphs are compared, and any differences are evaluated. Finally, the thesis describes the results of the comparison and suggests recommendations for future practice based on these findings.
