Návrh hobby laserového gravírovacího stroje

Abstract

The master thesis deals with suggestion of hobby laser engraving machine with a laser diod up to 6W. The beginning of this work is dedicated to overview of technologies and then to particular types of laser engraving. The next part is suggestion of the device construction. Then is it followed by constructional computations of profile cambers, charging powers on the device and another check of the used components. The thesis then continues with setting of the run accuracy and experimental check of cooling of the laser diod. Following part deals with needed software for operating and work of the device. In the conclusion, there is delineation of the made engraving device. The resulf of this master thesis is constructional suggestion of laser device for engraving and cutting of selected materials including selected drawing documentation.
