Analýza a komprese dat z optického mapování

Abstract

This master's thesis deals with analysis, processing, and compression of data resulting from optical mapping. The goal is to analyze and propose which compression methods can be chosen to achieve the most efficient compression ratio. In addition to common compression algorithms, custom modifications to individual files are also applied. The result is a program that allows compressing outputs of Bionano Genomics optical mapping process.
