Racionalizace výroby součásti pro dílenské mikroskopy

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with manufacturing of component for shop floor microscopes. The type of the chamber is EVO 40. Firstly, we chose suitable alternative of chamber construction. It was decided between manufacturing of monolithic and welded chamber. Secondly, technical preparation of manufacturing ensued and there had to be elaborated and programmed suitable technological processes, chosen appropriate tools and everything was used by selected machine tools. Subsequently, cutting operation was in progress and monolithic tools and exchangeable cutting edge tools were used. There were used borer and crew-tap as well. And finally, after producing this chamber, it had to go through the inspection workplace. Chamber proportions were checked if there was not damaged some of the thread and tightness of chamber was examined by the helium searcher for untightness. All the defects were repaired.
