Měření spokojenosti občanů se službami obecního úřadu

Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to determine whether citizens of the village Štítina are provided by the Municipal Services Office Štítina satisfied or dissatisfied, and to propose recommendations and proposals for the village to improve the current situation. Marketing research conducted through the questionnaire survey in the village Štítina. The results showed that people are mainly satisfied with the services provided, except for the maintenance of roads and communications in the village.
