Diploma thesis deals with the Resolution of the Personnel Involved in the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) Components at the Site of an Emergency. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the part dealing with my own design of retroreflective vest for the integrated rescue system. In the section, where the theoretical basis, we find the necessary information regarding retroreflective materials, including standards for the high-visibility clothing. There are also described the IRS components, the place of intervention of IRS components, the organizational resolution of the personnel involved at the site of an emergency and, last but not least, the comparison of the whole issue with foreign countries.
