Abstract

SCHOTTKOVÁ, Veronika.: Rozlišení zasahujícího personálu složek integrovaného záchranného systému na místě mimořádné události. Diplomová práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2019, 84 s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozlišením zasahujícího personálu složek integrovaného záchranného systému na místě mimořádné události. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část s teoretickým základem a dále na část, která se zabývá vlastními návrhy retroreflexních vest pro základní složky integrovaného záchranného systému. V části, kde je uveden teoretický základ, najdeme potřebné informace týkající se retroreflexních materiálů, včetně požadavků norem pro oděvy s vysokou viditelností. Jsou zde také popsány složky IZS, místo zásahu složek IZS, organizační rozlišení zasahujícího personálu na místě mimořádné události a v neposlední řadě také srovnání celé problematiky se zahraničím.

Diploma thesis deals with the Resolution of the Personnel Involved in the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) Components at the Site of an Emergency. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the part dealing with my own design of retroreflective vest for the integrated rescue system. In the section, where the theoretical basis, we find the necessary information regarding retroreflective materials, including standards for the high-visibility clothing. There are also described the IRS components, the place of intervention of IRS components, the organizational resolution of the personnel involved at the site of an emergency and, last but not least, the comparison of the whole issue with foreign countries.
