Možnosti motivace zaměstnanců v projekční kanceláři

Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of employee motivation in the design office environment. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of this theme, as a person and his personality, leadership, communication, and of course motivation and motivational theories. There is also a recommended set of procedures to make a questionnaire. Aim of the work is to analyze the current state of employee satisfaction with the current incentive policy which is using by survey company. Based on the analysis I have proposed recommendations to increase the motivation of employees.
