Abstract

Abstract The main topic of the Bachelor's Thesis is a business plan for foundation of a Café. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into four parts. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is defined in the first part; and moreover, it will give reasons why the author has decided to write the Bachelor's Thesis about this topic. The second part of the Thesis will deal with theoretical concepts, which will be used in the next part of the Thesis. It will define terms such as businessman, business, entrepreneurship and business plan. Subsequently, methods like PESTLE analysis, Porter five forces analysis, the Marketing mix and ABC analysis will be thoroughly explained. Those might help the businessman to enhance their understanding of the market. The practical part will consist of developing of the Business plan for Café Relax foundation. This part of Thesis will focus on general description of business, external surroundings, both marketing and financial plan and then methods, which were defined in the theoretical part, will be applied. Two different bank loans will be presented so that the businessman could opt for the right one. In the last part of the Bachelor's Thesis, the practical part will be summarized and afterwards it will be assessed whether the foundation of Café is convenient or not.
