Abstract
Thesis is focused on problems of motivation and employees‘ satisfaction. The aim is to analyze and assess this theme in chosen company and to process recommendations that would improve employees‘ satisfaction. The theoretical part includes introduction to motivation and factors that influence motivation of employees and provide their satisfaction with work. The practical part includes characteristic of the company and description of current remuneration system. Then follows employees‘ motivation and satisfaction analysis where there is being recognized a current level of motivation and satisfaction by means of questionnaire. Afterwards there are suggested several recommendations that would improve the present state in the company.
