Optimalizace řezných podmínek obrábění těles brousících kotoučů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of optimal conditions machining for grinding wheels manufactured by Urdiamant, s.r.o. Testing of machining conditions were conducted using face turning, where the grinding wheels made of duralumin EN AW2017 T451 (AlCuMg1) and steel C45+S (CSN 12 050) were machined. Attention was focused on the resistance in the machine - the load sensor on the spindle, the roughness of the machined surface and the cutting edge wear for all indexable cutting inserts from Dormer Pramet, s.r.o. The result of the bachelor thesis was the design of optimal cutting conditions, which include cutting speed, feed per revolution and cutting depth for both types of material.
