Abstract

The thesis is focused on finding the fluctuation of the selected organization. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of turnover, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and employee communication between organizations and causes fluctuations. The practical part deals with finding the fluctuation in the selected organization possible causes of turnover, employee motivation and satisfaction, and using questionnaire, interview and internal documents.
