Snížení fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zjištění fluktuace vybrané organizace. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány pojmy fluktuace, motivace zaměstnanců, spokojenost zaměstnanců, komunikace mezi zaměstnancem a organizací a příčiny fluktuace. Praktická část se zabývá zjištěním fluktuace ve vybrané organizaci, možné příčiny této fluktuace, motivace zaměstnanců a jejich spokojenost a to pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru s personalistou a studiem interních dokumentů.

The thesis is focused on finding the fluctuation of the selected organization. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of turnover, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and employee communication between organizations and causes fluctuations. The practical part deals with finding the fluctuation in the selected organization possible causes of turnover, employee motivation and satisfaction, and using questionnaire, interview and internal documents.
