Analýza a návrh na zefektivnění systému údržby ve firmě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the maintenance management system in the company Galvanovna Zdeněk Vysloužil and the subsequent development of proposals for its optimization. The theoretical part of the work aims to define basic terminology. The practical part will be devoted to the analysis of organizational and personnel maintenance security, the analysis of the current method of recording failures and maintenance activities, and the identification of their weaknesses. Based on the identified weaknesses, a solution to the problem will be proposed. The work is concluded with an evaluation of the expected benefits and risks of the proposed changes.
